What’s a Boil?
A boil is a culinary and social event you’ll never forget. Served with jumbo shrimp, andouille sausage, redskin potatoes, corn on the cob, and sweet onions seasoned and cooked to perfection with Old Bay and MST Dry Rub. We take pride in using only top-quality, fresh, local ingredients, whenever available.
Want to take it up a notch? Add clams, mussels, crab legs, scallops, or crawfish.
Boil on!
How It Works
Submit your order online. We’ll confirm we’re available for your selected date & time. If we are, we’ll email an invoice and request a 20% deposit due within 14 days.
On the day of your boil, we show up an hour before you want to eat, set up, and start cooking. Typically, the host provides plates, utensils, and napkins. Need us to bring them? Let us know and we’ll include an estimate in your invoice.
While we’re cooking, sit back, relax, and enjoy your favorite beverage. When we’re done, we drop all the yummy goodness onto a table (yours or ours) fully equipped with table cloth, serving tongs, and the fix-ins for your seafood boil.
When everyone is finished, we box the leftovers, clean the table, and take the trash with us. Leaving you with nothing but a full belly and memories you'll be talking about long after we're gone.

Additionally, from time to time, we serve from a food truck at festivals and other events. Keep an eye out on our social media. Email us if you’d like our food truck to attend your public event.
